My objects are carefully manufactured, one by one upon order, using durable materials, made to last.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it as long as the product is in a condition to be sold again and within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt, note that in this case I will not support the return shipping costs.
I reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the return requirements.
Time and intense use wear out any object, so please get in touch if you have an issue regarding any objects that you bought from me, or simply if you want a tip about how to always maintain your objects in good condition.
I will always be available to assist you and help to keep that object that in time you became so attached to. Who better than me to take care of an object that was made here.
