How to order

Every products are made to order, customization is possible.

2 – Quotation and proposals

Inquiries will be answered within 3 business days.
I will contact you to provide a quotation and payment options as well as an estimate delivery date.

For custom orders I will provide the details, including drawings, 3D renders, and quotations by e-mail.

3 – Contract (optional)

In some cases I may require a signed contract. In this case I will provide the draft of the contract.

4 – Production

Once payment is confirmed, I will start production.
In general I do not accept changes or cancellations after the contract has been made.
The production period varies depending on the order status and products at that time, before order confirmation I provide the processing time.

5 – Delivery

Shipping costs will be comunicated to you before you make the payment.
A tracking number is sent to the email provided, so you can track the order.
Make sure that someone will be present at the time of delivery, as reception usually requires a signature.
Upon receipt, confirm that your order is in perfect condition. I am not responsible for delays and eventual loss or damage by the shipping company.
